The guide is designed for parents and caregivers of children aged 0–12, from toddler meltdowns through pre-teen resistance. It is not presented as a teen-specific guide.
No. It is written for mothers, fathers, partners, co-parents and other caregivers who want steadier language for boundaries, repair and reconnection.

Orders & shipping
Avarlora currently ships exclusively within the United States.
Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and are typically delivered within 7–14 days from the date the order is placed. Public holidays, carrier delays and other events outside our control may affect timing.
Once your order ships, a confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Email support@campvale.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Contact support@campvale.com immediately. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but Avarlora cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied with the order.

Returns & refunds
You may request a return within 60 days from the date your order is placed. The 60-day period includes processing and shipping time.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused and unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Email support@campvale.com before sending anything back. Returns require prior approval; after approval, the team will provide instructions and the return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect. Additional shipping fees such as expedited delivery are non-refundable unless required by law.
Inspect the order when it arrives and email support@campvale.com immediately if there is a problem. The team will evaluate the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
After the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support.
